Job Description/ Responsibilities:
A Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer is responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM to support business processes and customer relationship management. The developer works with business teams, analysts, and architects to implement CRM functionality and integrations.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365.
• Customize CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business rules.
• Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, and web resources.
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with other systems (ERP, APIs, third-party tools).
• Perform data migration, integration, and transformation between systems.
• Develop reports using Power BI, SSRS, or FetchXML.
• Troubleshoot CRM issues and optimize performance.
• Manage security roles, permissions, and data integrity in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Maintain documentation and support CRM deployments and updates.
