Job Description:

The Senior Business Analyst will specialize in analyzing, documenting, and optimizing conversational AI systems and processes. With a focus on improving containment rates, user experience, and automation, the Sr. BA will collaborate with stakeholders to define use cases and enhance AI-driven digital solutions. This role requires exceptional documentation, research, and problem-solving skills, with a solid background in traditional BA responsibilities and a strong understanding of AI, natural language processing (NLP), and healthcare systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and document business system requirements related to pre-adjudication and post-adjudication processes.
Conduct research and analysis to optimize conversational AI systems and improve automation.
Develop and document detailed user stories, data models, gap analyses, and use cases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes and enhance AI applications, focusing on containment rates and user self-service improvements.
Gather and document requirements for AI-driven systems using tools like CORE AI.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis and user feedback.
Facilitate requirements analysis sessions, create project plans, and support solution delivery.
Support user acceptance testing and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
 

Qualifications: Must-Have Experience:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a degree or 9 years without a degree.
Expertise in traditional BA skills, including documentation, user stories, and process optimization.
Strong background in conversational AI systems, natural language processing (NLP), and automation processes.
Healthcare Industry: Proven experience working in healthcare-related projects.
Documentation Expertise: Exceptional skills in creating user stories, data models, and performing gap analyses.
Conversational AI Knowledge: Practical experience with AI tools and systems (e.g., CORE AI).
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
 

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Familiarity with tools and methodologies for project management and business analysis.
Experience with AI-driven platforms in the healthcare domain.
 

Required Skills and Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in natural language processing (NLP) and conversational AI technologies.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills for documentation and presentation.
Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines.

Members call in and are now dealing with IVR for self-service
Must Have — Containment Rate Goes Up Through The Automation Process.  Gather Additional Use Cases.  How To Get Them To Buy Into The Additional Automated System
Must Have– Healthcare Experience
Must Have– Exceptional Documentation Experience – User Stories, Data Models, Gap Analysis
Must Have– Conversational Experience — Ai, Natural Language Processing
Must Have– All Traditional Ba Requirement
Core Ai Is The Application They Are Currently Using
