Job Description for Technical PM
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager
(TPM) to lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of
complex technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong
technical background, excellent project management skills, and the
ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and
business teams.

Key Responsibilities:
•       Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business
goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
•       Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
•       Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the
flawless execution of projects.
•       Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using
appropriate verification techniques.
•       Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
•       Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and
within budget.
•       Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical teams.
•       Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
•       Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
•       Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices.

Qualifications:
•       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
(Master’s preferred).
•       5+ years of experience in technical project management or a similar
role.
•       Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC),
Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
•       Proven experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello,
MS Project).
•       Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
•       PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills:
•       Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
•       Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
•       Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
