Job Description:
Solution Design & Development: Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.
Technical Architecture: Lead architecture discussions and recommend best practices for scalability, security, and performance.
Hands-on Development: Perform development and configuration using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, and other Salesforce technologies.
Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Code Quality: Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
Integrations: Lead and support complex integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving development processes, tools, and team practices.
Innovation & Learning: Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices.
Mandatory Qualifications & Skills:
12+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Strong expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows).
Proven experience architecting scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.
Skilled in code reviews, debugging, and agile development practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
