Role: RPA UiPath Hyper Automation Engineer with GCP and Agentic AI Experience

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Senior Hyperautomation Engineer to drive digital transformation initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in UiPath and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with a strong focus on hands-on development across automation and AI/ML technologies.
As a Senior Hyperautomation Engineer, you will translate complex business requirements into scalable, intelligent automation solutions. You will design, build, and deploy Agentic AI and hyperautomation platforms integrated with both internal and external systems, while also providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full development lifecycle of complex automation initiatives, focusing on RPA, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning (ML). Design and develop solutions using UiPath, Google DocAI, Vertex AI Agent Builder, and Conversational/Generative AI technologies.
Design and implement advanced agentic workflows integrated with enterprise platforms and services, including GCP (Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, BigQuery), observability tools (Langfuse), and enterprise applications such as Salesforce and ServiceNow. Enable seamless integration with internal and external systems via APIs and direct database connections.
Partner closely with Operations and Business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex processes for automation and Agentic AI suitability. Provide mentorship to junior engineers and lead regular code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery.
Ensure adherence to best practices in development, coding standards, quality assurance, validation, documentation, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
10+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years of hands-on development using UiPath, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is strongly preferred, with deep expertise in REFramework, Orchestrator, and Studio.
Prior experience with Java and Python scripting, along with exposure to Salesforce and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Strong background in system integrations using SQL, REST APIs, and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).

AI & LLM Insight:
Deep understanding of AI and Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities, limitations, and real-world enterprise applications.
