JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIRED SKILLS:
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
– Design and implement scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
– Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture for large-scale enterprise implementations
– Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate architectural decisions and accelerate solution delivery
– Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align Salesforce solutions with strategic and enterprise objectives
– Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices related to security, integrations, data governance, and performance optimization
– Provide technical leadership and guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities and roadmap
– Participate in Technical Review Board sessions to approve designs and validate new development approaches
– Be hands-on with coding and development activities when required to ensure architectural feasibility and solution quality
– Support API integrations, authentication models, and enterprise security standards
– Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment
