Job Description/ Responsibilities-
• BA or BS Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years relevant rules or project experience.
• Experience modeling or implementing business rules using decision tables (TDM or DMN).
• Experience creating and running test scenarios to validate business requirements, as well as generating test data needed for test cases.
• Mortgage Industry or Financial Services experience.
• Agile Scrum or Kanban experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications: Excel, MS Project, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and team members to understand and document business needs.
• Building strong partnerships and effective working relationships.
• Act as a liaison between business units, technology, management, and users.
• Self-motivated, innovative, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Groom and manage assigned user stories through completion.
• Iterate through business requests and perform impact analysis.
• Learn how to apply decision modeling and model rule requests as decision tables, working with business partners to capture the proper behavior.
• Build test scenarios and generate needed test data. Execute tests, review, and validate results with stakeholders.
• Working with IT and business partners to ensure alignment to approaches/solutions.
• Solid understanding of system design and experience in 1 or 2 or more phases of the change life cycle.
• Sharing ideas for process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Supporting a “full stack” team approach to maximize team productivity.
