Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Blue Yonder Data Integration Engineer/Consultant with deep expertise in integrating Blue Yonder (formerly JDA Software) supply chain solutions with ERP systems, warehouse automation platforms, and third-party partners.
This role requires strong hands-on experience in MOCA, SQL, API/EDI integrations, and enterprise-scale data transformations to ensure seamless system connectivity and high-performance operations.
Key Responsibilities
System Integration
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Blue Yonder WMS/TMS/Demand and external systems (e.g., SAP ERP, automation systems, shipping carriers).
Lead real-time and batch-based integration solutions.
Data Mapping & Transformation
Define and implement data mapping strategies.
Ensure consistency and accuracy across Blue Yonder and legacy systems.
MOCA Development
Develop and optimize customizations using MOCA (Matrix Optimized Component Architecture).
Enhance Blue Yonder WMS functionalities.
API & EDI Management
Configure and manage REST/SOAP APIs.
Work with JSON, XML, and EDI standards for transaction processing and real-time visibility.
Technical Support & Performance Tuning
Perform advanced SQL tuning and database optimization.
Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and integration issues.
Implementation & Upgrades
Lead technical aspects of system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.

Expert-level SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Strong knowledge of MOCA & Java
Experience with ETL processes & data mapping
Integration Middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, JDA Integrator)
API/EDI Technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, EDI)
Platform Knowledge
Familiarity with Blue Yonder Infrastructure Services such as:
Snowflake
Kafka
Stratus
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SPS Commerce
Strong supply chain domain expertise
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
