About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the development, enhancement, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform. This role will play a critical part in driving the strategic implementation of ServiceNow modules, integrations, and platform upgrades.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, design scalable solutions, and ensure that the platform aligns with evolving business needs. This role also involves mentoring development teams, managing upgrades, and identifying automation opportunities to improve efficiency and performance across the platform.

Key Responsibilities
Platform Development & Architecture
- Lead technical design sessions and develop detailed solution documentation for ServiceNow applications.
- Configure and enhance core and custom applications, workflows, and integrations within ServiceNow.
- Design and implement scalable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and business requirements.
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI-driven solutions, and system improvements.
Platform Administration & Support
- Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues.
- Maintain platform performance, stability, and integrity.
Platform Upgrades & Enhancements
- Manage ServiceNow platform upgrades, including impact assessments and remediation planning.
- Implement best practices for release management, development lifecycle, and source control.
ServiceNow Module Development
Support and develop solutions across the following modules:
- ITSM – Incident, Request, Problem, Asset, CMDB, Knowledge
- ITBM – Idea, Demand, Project, Resource, Finance
- ITAM – IT Asset Management
- ITOM – IT Operations Management
Development & Configuration
- Create and manage: Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Notifications, UI Pages, Macros, APIs, Access Control Lists (ACLs)
Integration & Data Management
- Design and implement data import/export solutions between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with business units and stakeholders to gather requirements and streamline processes.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and platform enhancements.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to users and support teams.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop reports and dashboards for operational and executive stakeholders.
- Provide insights into platform usage, performance, and improvement areas.
Team Leadership
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and analysts.
- Support team members in implementing best practices and coding standards.
