Position: Workday HCM Core Functional
Location: Atlanta, GA
Key Competencies:
SAP ERP Human Capital Management (HCM)
Workday HCM Core (Functional)
Strong expertise in Avature ATS/CRM platform
Must-Have Skills:
Avature Level 4 Administrator Certification (Mandatory)
3–5 years of hands-on experience as an Avature Administrator
Strong communication skills (verbal & written) across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience supporting HR users (HR, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Candidates)
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Technical & Functional Skills:
· Avature system configuration and workflow management
· HR systems knowledge (ATS, HCM platforms)
· Integration support (inbound/outbound interfaces)
· Data analysis and troubleshooting
· Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Visio)
· Understanding of HR processes and lifecycle
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
· Avature Level 4 Certification
· 3–5 years of Avature Administration experience
· Ability to analyze complex issues and identify root causes
· Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
· Self-driven and able to work independently or in a team environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Configure and maintain Avature system (workflows, forms, permissions)
· Document system configurations, business requirements, and processes
· Provide day-to-day support and issue resolution for end users
· Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with HR, IT, and vendors
· Manage integrations and ensure smooth data flow between systems
· Support system upgrades, patches, testing, and validation
· Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions
· Maintain ATS data integrity, accuracy, and security
· Manage role-based access and permissions
· Partner with stakeholders to implement HR technology roadmap initiatives
· Analyze business needs and deliver scalable system solutions
