Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Job Description
Responsible for ensuring delivery to the specified target dates
Mobilizes project team (assignments, roles and responsibilities, etc.)
Responsible for coordinating cross-workstream impacts
Responsible for day-to-day priority setting for the project team
Creates bottoms-up WBS, resource and capacity plan, assigns resources to various activities and deliverables
Creates status reports and actively escalates program risks and issues
Facilitate MVP creation and delivery timelines and get sign off from business lead and/or program manager
Responsible for scope change control, risk and dependencies management and issues tracking
Responsible for business and stakeholder management
PMP certification / or applicable proven experience is a must.
Prior technology implementation experiences for large global, multinational organization
Prior experience delivering high performance, large scale, cloud-serviced websites
Ability to define and execute multiple detailed activity plans simultaneously
Articulate progress and status clearly to key stakeholders
Good understanding of information technology functions
Ability to conduct and facilitate workshops with business representatives, management and executive, team member resources, and external third party groups
Effective written and verbal communicator
Comfortable in adapting working hours to align with demands of communication across multiple global time zones
Skilled in customer facing activities covering requirements gathering, data preparation, cutover support and documentation preparation
Experience in advertising technology implementation is strongly preferred
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project.
