Role Overview
This is a Techno-Functional Product Owner / Implementation Lead role focused onBlue Yonder WMS supporting Tier-1 Distribution Centers.
You will act as a bridge between business and IT, driving WMS implementations, enhancements, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support Blue Yonder WMS implementations and enhancements
Work with business teams to gather requirements and translate into user stories (Jira/Confluence)
Own and manage product backlog and prioritization (Agile environment)
Provide on-floor warehouse support during implementation and live operations
Handle production issues and continuous improvements in WMS
Collaborate with WCS, SAP, Infrastructure, and engineering teams
Drive integration efforts across warehouse systems and enterprise platforms
Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery
Required Skills
8+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Warehouse / Logistics IT
Strong experience in Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS – Functional + Technical
Minimum 2 end-to-end WMS implementations
Hands-on experience working in warehouse/distribution center environments (onsite)
Experience with Agile methodology, Jira, Confluence, user stories
Strong understanding of warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory)
