Key Responsibilities
Lead and organize planning activities to develop program and release roadmaps aligned with enterprise goals
Define and execute product launch strategies, including rollout plans, timelines, and performance tracking
Proactively manage stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and resource constraints
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to resolve issues and drive decision-making
Establish and track program KPIs aligned with product objectives
Design and oversee pilot programs and beta testing initiatives
Define and manage Go/No-Go criteria with business stakeholders
Maintain clear communication across global teams and adjacent programs
Identify, escalate, and resolve program risks and impediments
Lead retrospectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure alignment with PayPal’s product lifecycle management standards
Identify cross-program synergies and opportunities for efficiency
Maintain strong governance across timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies
Evaluate and improve processes to support rapid and high-quality delivery
Required Experience
5+ years of relevant experience in program or project management
Proven ability to manage multiple teams delivering software or product development initiatives (Agile preferred)
Demonstrated success managing complex development programs that deliver technical solutions and business impact
Strong ability to build relationships across cross-functional and global teams
Technical acumen with the ability to represent the customer perspective throughout the development lifecycle
Solid understanding of project management tools, processes, and methodologies
Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum
Experience creating program artifacts supporting large-scale, multi-release implementations
Exposure to or hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies
