Job Title: Test Lead
Location: Naperville, IL
Duration: Contract

 

 

Key Responsibilities
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Test Lead in Banking projects
Peripheral testing is a must. Knowledge on Branch application is a plus.
Good knowledge of IT QA and functional testing.
Seasoned knowledge of SDLC, testing concepts, methodologies (waterfall, agile etc), metrics, automated testing frameworks and industry testing standards.
Define goals and measurement plans for software process performance in accordance with business objectives.
Solid experience in compiling and interpreting reports.
Extensive experience in system analysis, assessment, programming and troubleshooting of software applications.
Must have strong knowledge in HP ALM Quality centre, Confluence, JIRA.
Testing tools (Git or Bitbucket, Maven, Postman, SoapUI or similar tools).
Must have worked in Banking or Financial domain.
