Job Title: UX Designer
Location: Richmond, VA or Atlanta, GA (Onsite – Locals)

Job Summary
Key Requirements
Hands-on UX designer with strong, day-to-day experience using Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
Proven experience working in the technology industry, partnering closely with engineering and product teams.
Ability to prototype quickly (low to high fidelity) to explore ideas, validate concepts, and accelerate decision-making.
Experience planning and running user research sessions (e.g., interviews, usability testing), synthesizing insights, and translating findings into clear design solutions.
Prior experience working with and contributing to a design system, including applying standards consistently and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Exposure to or experience in healthcare or health-tech design is a strong plus.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate design rationale clearly and collaborate across product, engineering, business, and external partners.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments and balancing multiple priorities while maintaining high design quality.
