Job Description:Job Description Functional Tester AMTrust Banking DomainKey ResponsibilitiesPerform endtoend functional testing of banking applications preferably with AMTrust workflows or similar financial systemsReview business requirements functional specifications and process workflows to design detailed test scenarios and test casesExecute functional regression integration and UAT testing across loan servicing claims policy administration or related banking modulesValidate data flows business rules financial calculations and system behavior across upstream and downstream applications
Log defects with clear steps rootcause indicators and work closely with developers and BAs to ensure timely resolutionConduct impact analysis for system changes enhancements and production issuesPerform validation of reports statements and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and complianceSupport migration testing environment shakeout and release readiness activitiesCollaborate with crossfunctional teams including onshoreoffshore teams for requirement clarifications and defect triageRequired SkillsHandson experience in AMTrust processes or similar retailcommercial banking domains eg loans deposits payments insurance or claimsStrong understanding of banking regulations compliance processes and financial workflowsExpertise in writing functional test cases test scenarios and traceability matrices
Ability to analyze requirements identify gaps and propose test coverage improvementsFamiliarity with SQL for backend data validationExperience with JIRA ALM or similar test management and defect tracking toolsStrong analytical communication and documentation skillsNicetoHaveExperience with API testing or automation fundamentalsKnowledge of downstream financial systems and reconciliation processesExposure to AgileScrum methodology
