Max. Rate – $42/Hr. on C2C

Job Description:

Minimum 8+ years of experience.
Test Planning and Coordination:
Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
Coordinate with project managers| developers| and business analysts to understand the scope and requirements.
Schedule and manage testing activities to align with project timelines.
Test Execution:
Lead the execution of test cases| both manual and automated.
Ensure comprehensive test coverage for all functional and non-functional requirements.
Monitor and report on test progress| including test execution status| defect status| and test metrics.
Team Leadership:
Mentor and guide test engineers| providing technical support and training as needed.
Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion of testing activities.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress| challenges| and solutions.
Defect Management:
Identify| document| and track defects using an issue tracking system (e.g.| Jira).
Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of defects.
Perform root cause analysis for critical defects and implement corrective actions.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that testing processes adhere to industry standards and best practices.
Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes.
Conduct post-mortem analysis to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Essential Skills:
The Test Engineer will be responsible for leading the testing efforts for projects| ensuring that all deliverables meet the required quality standards. This role involves planning| coordinating| and executing testing activities| mentoring test engineers| and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
