Key Responsibilities
Develop and document UX requirements for in-cab operator experiences.
Collaborate with UX researchers to identify critical user scenarios and experiences.
Create and validate journey maps and user flows based on business, technical, and user requirements.
Review designs to ensure alignment with UX requirements and user-centered design principles.
Partner with machine product groups, cab architects, system coordinators, operators, UX architects, and researchers.
Support the development of intuitive and integrated operator experiences across Caterpillar product lines.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human Factors, Engineering, or a related field.
24 years of relevant experience (internship experience accepted).
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Experience creating journey maps, user flows, and UX documentation.
Ability to work in cross-functional and technical environments.
Basic project management experience.
