Experienced Windchill Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced PLM solutions.
As a solution architect need to define solution architectures, guide technical teams, and ensure alignment of Windchill capabilities with business objectives.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions to deliver scalable, efficient, integrated, quality and future-ready PLM solutions to benefit end users with below objectives:
Lead and assist PLM pursuits and practice development initiatives
Promote and participate in forums for sharing expertise, strengthening collective knowledge,and helping resolve customer challenges
Collaborate on innovative solutions to bolster the future of the practice
Develop knowledge and gain project experience in PLM’s newest and future solutions
Collaborate with developers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Ensure alignment with client’s business objectives
Design and architect solutions that meet business requirements.
Implement and customize PTC Windchill PLM modules such as PDMLink, MPMLink, QMS, etc.

Strong leadership and team management, effective stakeholder communication, project planning and execution, ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines, problem-solving and decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, risk management,
resource allocation, mentoring and coaching team members, conflict resolution, adaptability to changing business needs, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

Education : At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project
