Strong Java 11+ development experience
Spring Boot
RESTful Microservices
SQL
MongoDB, Elasticsearch, or similar databases
SDLC and Agile methodologies
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience using AI developer productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot
Preferred Skills:
Performance tuning and observability tools
Financial Services domain experience
Enterprise security and authentication
Exposure to Angular or React
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Java-based backend services
Build Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs
Implement business logic and data access layers
Perform code reviews and automated testing
