Role:- UI Full Stack Developer with Java

Location:- Chandler , AZ  (Hybrid 3 days onsite & 2 days remote)

In this role, the candidate will:

Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs (60-70% UI, remainder API/backend work)
Collaborate and consult with key technical experts and technology team members to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Java experience
5+ years of React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern frontend architecture
5+ years of Redux Toolkit,  React Hook Form, and enterprise React ecosystems
5+ years of Design System and Component Library ownership experience (Fluent UI, Material UI, Storybook)
5+ years of Micro Frontend Architecture using Module Federation and Monorepos
5+ years of API – driven development experience working with remote data via SOAP, REST and JSON
5+ years of experience with Agile, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CI/CD), DevOps concepts 
2+ years of experience with AI, Gen AI, Agentic automation solutions design, and development (Claude, Co-Pilot, Devin AI)
2+ years of employing web application security principles including authentication, authorization, secure session management, encryption, and protections against common vulnerabilities

Desired Qualifications:

4+ years of experience with Azure, OpenShift or other PaaS and cloud technologies 
4+ years of experience with Jira software, Confluence software, Draw.io  
4+ years of electronic signature experience
5+ years’ experience in working in Agile development environment using Scrum or Kanban methodologies
5+ years’ experience in working web application development using Spring framework and Spring boot
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy  
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Working knowledge of AI concepts and experience integrating with AI tools, APIs
Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
