Position: Oracle NetSuite Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead with a strong background in NetSuite to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of NetSuite functionalities and capabilities, along with proven leadership skills to guide a team of technical professionals. This role is pivotal in driving technical projects, ensuring best practices, and delivering high quality solutions that meet our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of NetSuite solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of NetSuite, providing expert guidance and support.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Identify and resolve technical issues, providing timely solutions to maintain project timelines.
Stay updated with the latest NetSuite features and enhancements, recommending improvements to existing processes.
Facilitate training sessions and knowledge transfer for team members and stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills:
Extensive experience with NetSuite, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and projects.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and project management principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other ERP systems and cloud-based solutions.
Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, Suite Script, or SQL.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
Certifications related to NetSuite or project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7- 10 years of relevant experience in technical leadership roles, with a strong focus on NetSuite.
Demonstrated success in delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
