UI Developer

In this role, the candidate will:
• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs
(60-70% UI, remainder API/backend work)
• Collaborate and consult with key technical experts and technology
team members to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of Java experience
• 5+ years of React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern frontend architecture
• 5+ years of Redux Toolkit, React Hook Form, and enterprise React ecosystems
• 5+ years of Design System and Component Library ownership experience
(Fluent UI, Material UI, Storybook)
• 5+ years of Micro Frontend Architecture using Module Federation and Monorepos
• 5+ years of API – driven development experience working with remote
data via SOAP, REST and JSON
• 5+ years of experience with Agile, Continuous Integration/Continuous
Delivery/Deployment (CI/CD), DevOps concepts
• 2+ years of experience with AI, Gen AI, Agentic automation solutions
design, and development (Claude, Co-Pilot, Devin AI)
• 2+ years of employing web application security principles including
authentication, authorization, secure session management, encryption,
and protections against common vulnerabilities
Desired Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience with Azure, OpenShift or other PaaS and cloud
technologies
• 4+ years of experience with Jira software, Confluence software, Draw.io
• 4+ years of electronic signature experience
• 5+ years’ experience in working in Agile development environment
using Scrum or Kanban methodologies
• 5+ years’ experience in working web application development using
Spring framework and Spring boot
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Working knowledge of AI concepts and experience integrating with AI
tools, APIs
• Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
