Position: Payments Business Analyst
Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite)

Job Description
Real time payments, Swift payments, ISO messages
A Payments Business Analyst translates business needs into technical requirements for payment systems.
They gather and analyse requirements, create user stories, and collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure successful implementation of payment solutions.
This role also involves monitoring system performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting post-implementation activity
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of payment processing systems and related technologies.
Familiarity with ISO 20022 messaging standards and other relevant standards.
Proficiency in writing user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
Experience with testing and quality assurance processes.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to payments.
Experience with SQL and data analysis (in some cases)
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
