Role: Business Analyst with (Capital Market)
Location: NYC, NY (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term Contract

IMP NOTE: Capital Market experience mandatory or else ex Morgan Stanley only.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of total experience combining Business Analysis and hands-on software development experience within financial services or financial technology.
Strong data analysis skills, including hands-on experience with SQL.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Candidate should be capable of understanding and solving highly complex problems, have excellent communication skills, and have financial services experience, preferably in investment banking and trading.
Solid understanding of Capital Markets, preferably in Sales & Trading or Investment Banking.
Experience working with trade data, position data, and reference data.
Knowledge of SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
Experience delivering medium to large-scale technology or data programs.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Trade Surveillance or market abuse monitoring.
Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding tools.
Background working in highly regulated, risk-focused environments.
