Role: Salesforce Solution Architect
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Mandatory – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, 15+ years
Key Responsibilities
Lead Salesforce solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platform capabilities.
Assess current-state Salesforce complexity and define target-state solution options aligned to business outcomes.
Design scalable data models, security models, integration patterns, and governance controls.
Partner with business stakeholders, enterprise engineering, architects, developers, and admins to translate requirements into implementable designs.
Provide architecture oversight for development work, including design reviews, risk identification, and solution validation.
Create architecture artifacts, design notes, decision logs, and recommendations that can support roadmap and implementation planning.
Help mature Salesforce Center of Excellence practices, including design standards, release discipline, and reusable patterns.
Must-Have Skills
15+ years of Salesforce experience with hands-on background and architecture leadership.
Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutioning experience.
Experience with enterprise Salesforce architecture, including multi-cloud and multi-org environments.
Strong data modeling, sharing/security, roles, profiles, permission sets, and governance design experience.
Strong integration architecture experience using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware patterns.
Ability to lead discovery, solution design, and stakeholder workshops.
Experience working with Agile teams and translating business needs into technical solution designs.
Strong written and verbal communication; must be able to explain architecture choices to business and technical audiences.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Salesforce Data Cloud exposure.
MuleSoft or equivalent integration platform experience.
Revenue Cloud / CPQ exposure.
Experience Cloud exposure.
Agentforce / AI readiness awareness.
Healthcare, health data, or regulated-industry delivery experience.
Salesforce CoE, governance, platform health, or vendor transition experience.
Preferred Certifications
Salesforce Certified Application Architect
Salesforce Certified System Architect
Salesforce Certified Integration Architect
Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant or related certifications preferred
