Title: AI Engineer with Project Management
Location: Onsite 5 days a week in Plano, TX
Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description:

Must Haves:
Experience leading technical projects involving AI chatbots, LLM evaluation frameworks, agent-based systems, and full-stack web applications
Experience preparing executive presentations for stakeholder updates, project reviews, and leadership briefings
Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery across backend (FastAPI/Python), frontend (React/TypeScript), and database (MySQL) workstreams
Experience managing AI/ML initiatives involving LangGraph agents, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation pipelines
Experience driving automation projects for Excel/data processing, SharePoint integrations, and Microsoft Teams notifications
Experience overseeing containerized deployments using Docker, Docker Compose, and cloud platforms (Azure, Netlify, Vercel)
Knowledge of coding standards, SOX audit requirements, and security best practices
Experience facilitating agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder communication
Experience tracking dependencies across interconnected systems and applications
Experience creating technical documentation including specifications, architecture diagrams, runbooks, and README files
Experience developing project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation plans, and risk assessments
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical projects including AI chatbots, LLM evaluation frameworks, agent-based systems, and full-stack web applications
Prepare executive presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides) for stakeholder updates, project reviews, and leadership briefings
Coordinate cross-functional delivery across backend (FastAPI/Python), frontend (React/TypeScript), and database (MySQL) workstreams
Manage AI/ML initiatives involving LangGraph agents, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation pipelines
Drive automation projects for Excel/data processing, SharePoint integrations, and Microsoft Teams notifications
Oversee containerized deployments using Docker, Docker Compose, and cloud platforms (Azure, Netlify, Vercel)
Ensure compliance with AT&T coding standards, SOX audit requirements, and security best practices
Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder communication
Track dependencies across interconnected systems (e.g., deployment managers, cluster access tools, retail copilots)
Create comprehensive documentation including technical specs, architecture diagrams, runbooks, and README files
Develop project plans with detailed timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessments
