Job Location: Cincinnati, OH Onsite (5days/week)
Job Type: Contract
Pay Range: $35 –$39 /hour
Role Descriptions:
• The System Analyst monitors and measures relevant performance metrics to assess the performance of IT resources and optimizes performance through process improvement activities.
• The System Analyst work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
• The System Analyst devises measures and targets to assess and optimize the performance of IT functions, services, projects and any related improvement initiative.
• Identifies and analyzes performance measures and metrics, develops and maintains balanced scorecards and dashboards, and evaluates and monitors performance in IT-related areas.
• Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.
• Follows established guidelines/procedures.
