Position: Technical Scrum Master
Location: Remote
Duration: 8+ months
Exp Level: 10+ years
Pay Rate: $60/hr on C2C
Description:
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation and modernization initiatives, ensuring execution within scope, schedule, and budget.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
Manage project risks, dependencies, impediments, and delivery governance across multiple teams.
Coordinate business, product, architecture, development, QA, and operations stakeholders.
Drive process optimization, workflow automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide executive status reporting, stakeholder communication, and leadership updates.
Required Skills
Strong experience as a Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, or Delivery Lead.
Hands-on expertise in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and project management tools.
Experience managing SDLC, release management, testing, and production deployments.
Strong stakeholder management, business analysis, and communication skills.
Exposure to APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and enterprise modernization programs.
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
