Job Role and Responsibilities:
The SAP S/4HANA Decentralized Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP EWM solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA landscapes. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, warehouse operations teams, and technical teams to deliver best-in-class warehouse management solutions that improve inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, and supply chain efficiency.

– Solution Design & Implementation
– Lead blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, and business process workshops.
– Design and implement SAP S/4HANA Decentralized EWM solutions.
– Configure EWM processes including:
– Inbound Processing
– Outbound Processing
– Putaway Strategies
– Picking Strategies
– Packing and Deconsolidation
– Internal Warehouse Movements
– Physical Inventory
– Cross Docking
– Yard Management
– Labor Management
– Wave Management
– Slotting & Rearrangement
– Handling Unit Management
– Integration
– Configure and support integration between:
– SAP S/4HANA ERP and Decentralized EWM
– MM, SD, PP, QM modules
– TM (Transportation Management)
– MES and third-party warehouse automation systems
– RF Devices and Mobile Applications
– Testing & Deployment
– Create test scenarios and scripts.
– Execute SIT and UAT activities.
– Support data migration and master data validation.
– Lead defect resolution and stabilization activities.

Required Skills:
– SAP EWM Expertise
– 7+ years of SAP experience with at least 5+ years in SAP EWM.
– Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP EWM implementations.
– Strong hands-on experience with Decentralized EWM architecture.
– Experience with embedded vs decentralized EWM deployment models
