Position: Fircosoft Developer
Location: Lake Mary, FL – Remote
Duration: Contract
We are seeking an experienced FircoSoft Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Firco Continuity, Firco Trust, sanctions screening, AML, and payment screening platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience designing, configuring, developing, integrating, and supporting FircoSoft solutions within large-scale banking and financial-services environments.
The candidate should have strong knowledge of FircoSoft rule configuration, alert tuning, watchlist management, SQL/PL-SQL, Linux/Unix, Java/Python scripting, and enterprise integrations. Experience working with payment messaging such as SWIFT, ACH, and Fedwire is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, implement, and maintain FircoSoft Continuity and Firco Trust applications.
Configure and customize FircoSoft Screening Box and related components.
Develop and maintain FircoSoft rules, filter sets, matching logic, and screening workflows.
Perform alert tuning, false-positive reduction, and optimization of screening parameters.
Work with Auto Hit Qualifier, Workflow Accelerator, Pairing Manager, Stripping Detector, and other FircoSoft utilities.
Configure and manage sanctions/watchlist feeds including OFAC, UN, EU, and other regulatory lists.
Design and validate end-to-end transaction screening flows for payment messages such as SWIFT, ACH, and Fedwire.
Integrate FircoSoft with enterprise applications, payment systems, databases, and middleware platforms.
Develop database objects including tables, views, stored procedures, SQL and PL/SQL scripts.
Work with Oracle and/or MS SQL Server databases.
Develop utilities and integrations using Java, Python, or shell scripting.
Support FircoSoft applications across development, testing, and production environments.
Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis.
Monitor application performance, connectivity, transaction processing, and screening failures.
Support FircoSoft upgrades, migrations, deployments, and platform modernization initiatives.
Collaborate with business, compliance, AML, sanctions, operations, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
Ensure solutions comply with applicable AML, sanctions-screening, KYC, OFAC, FATF, and regulatory requirements.
