Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SRE Lead Architect to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of Site Reliability Engineering practices across enterprise applications and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SRE, cloud architecture, DevOps, Kubernetes, observability, automation, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and reliability engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and implementation of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices across enterprise platforms.
Define and implement SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets.
Establish reliability, availability, scalability, performance, and resiliency standards.
Design highly available and fault-tolerant applications and infrastructure.
Lead production readiness reviews and reliability assessments.
Develop strategies for reducing operational toil through automation
Required skills
Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, Bash, Go, or similar.
Experience with Linux/Unix systems administration.
Strong understanding of networking, DNS, load balancing, APIs, and distributed systems.
Experience designing microservices and cloud-native architectures.
Strong understanding of security, IAM, secrets management, encryption, and DevSecOps.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
