Job Title: Actimize Business Analyst
Location: Mount Laurel, NJ
Duration: Contract
Role Summary
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis, specifically within the realm of financial services and compliance solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Actimize solutions and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize business processes and drive solutions that ensure compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business needs and requirements in relation to Actimize applications and solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and business units, to gather requirements and develop solutions.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure that project requirements are accurately defined and met.
Conduct data analysis and create detailed reports to provide insights related to compliance and risk mitigation.
Facilitate user acceptance testing and ensure that the delivered solutions meet both business and functional requirements.
Stay updated with regulatory changes and assess their impact on current Actimize processes.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on Actimize or similar compliance solutions.
Proven track record of successful project lifecycle management, from requirements gathering through implementation and testing.
Experience working with financial institutions and understanding of the regulatory environment within the banking sector.
Preferred Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on compliance and risk analysis.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards, including AML and KYC practices.
