Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Developer with 16+ years of enterprise application development experience and strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Cloud Platforms, Design Patterns, and Microservices Architecture. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and building scalable, high-performance distributed systems, driving technical excellence, mentoring engineering teams, and contributing to architectural decisions across complex enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Architect scalable, resilient, and secure microservices-based solutions.
Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance across projects.
Build event-driven systems using Kafka and asynchronous messaging patterns.
Design cloud-native applications leveraging AWS, Azure, or GCP services.
Drive system modernization, performance optimization, and platform scalability initiatives.
Apply design patterns, SOLID principles, and best practices to deliver maintainable solutions.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.
Conduct code reviews, establish engineering standards, and mentor development teams.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term solutions.
Contribute to CI/CD, observability, security, and reliability engineering practices.
