Job title: Blue Yonder WMS Techno Functional Consultant
Work Location: Plano, TX 75024 – Hybrid/Onsite
Minimum years of experience: 10+ years
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Blue Yonder WMS L2/L3 application support across warehouse sites. Serve as a subject matter expert for Blue Yonder WMS (2023.x), with deep understanding of end-to-end solution design and support. Act as the primary onshore contact for customer communication, escalations, and service governance. Manage incidents, problems, changes, releases, root cause analysis, and major incident recovery. Coordinate with warehouse operations, IT teams, offshore support, product teams, and third-party vendors. Monitor SLA and KPI performance, identify recurring issues, and drive automation and ticket-reduction initiatives. Guide offshore teams, strengthen knowledge management, and ensure operational readiness.
Required Skills:
10+ years of WMS experience, including hands-on Blue Yonder WMS
10+ experience.
Should have good Blue Yonder WMS (Version 2023, 2024) technical knowledge Strong knowledge of core Blue Yonder WMS inbound, outbound, inventory, replenishment, allocation, wave, picking, packing, and shipping processes. Experience supporting integrations with ERP, TMS, automation/MHE, and third-party applications. Proficiency in production troubleshooting, SQL/data analysis, interfaces, APIs, web services, and message flows. Strong understanding of ITIL-based AMS operations, SLA management, and service management tools. Excellent customer-facing communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
