Urgent position of Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) /Agentic AI Architect (Must Telecom Domain)

Key Responsibilities
Conversational AI & Agentic Application Development
Serve as the lead developer for complex Conversational AI and Customer Experience (CX) applications.
Transform rapid prototypes into production-grade agentic workflows, including multi-agent systems and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
Develop scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable business value and return on investment (ROI).
AI Architecture & Enterprise Integration
Architect and develop conversational flows that connect Google’s Conversational AI products with enterprise infrastructure.
Integrate APIs, legacy data silos, enterprise applications, and security perimeters.
Design secure, reliable, and scalable AI systems on cloud platforms, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
AI Evaluation & Observability
Build high-performance evaluation (Eval) pipelines and observability frameworks for complex agentic workloads.
Support customer adoption and successful delivery of production AI initiatives.
Lead technical delivery for Conversational AI pilots and establish initial Customer User Journeys (CUJs) at customer locations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience using Python or similar programming languages.
Experience architecting and developing AI systems on cloud platforms, preferably GCP.
Hands-on experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools for provisioning agents, functions, networking, and cloud resources.
Experience building full-stack applications that integrate with enterprise IT infrastructure.
Experience delivering technical solutions for external customers or customer-facing engineering projects.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, system architecture, and production deployment.
