Job Title: Workday Financials Consultant

Location: Remote, PST

Overview:

We’re looking for a Workday Financials Consultant with 6+ years of experience to join our team supporting a client engagement focused on Workday technical build, configuration, and financial systems support. This role works closely with the client’s Financials team and reports into our lead consultant.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain Workday integrations (EIBs, Studio, Orchestrate) to support financial data flows and system connectivity
Design and develop financial reports (custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards) to meet business and audit reporting needs
Configure and maintain Workday Financials security, including business process security, domain/functional area roles, and segregation of duties
Troubleshoot configuration issues and support ongoing system optimization within the Financials module
Collaborate with the engagement lead and client stakeholders to ensure quality and consistency of deliverables
 

Required Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in Workday Financials configuration, implementation, and technical support
Hands-on Workday Financials configuration and technical experience
Strong knowledge of Workday integration tools (EIB, Studio, Orchestrate)
Experience with Workday security configuration (business process security, roles, SOD)
Strong report-building skills (custom reports, calculated fields)
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work directly with client teams.
