Position: Product Management

Work Location: Plano, TX – 75024 – Hybrid – Need Locals

Required Work Authorization: USC, GC Only

Type of Hire: C2C

Must haves:

• At least 3 years of technical product management experience (Senior Associate/Manager level)
• Strong experience with Agile Processes (Need prior experience running agile ceremonies, ability to write super crisp stories (stories need to be buttoned up, so engineering team takes on they understand it all)
• High Energy and Proactive (should be proactively plan the sprint ceremonies and bring the team together with lot of energy)
• Take Ownership of work, doer – able to remove roadblocks and stay focused on goals, not shy to speak up with ideas.
• Strategic – When have something new to build – discovery with agents tell what they learned and present back.
• Great Written and Verbal Communication – Should be able to communicate complex ideas clearly regardless of audience.
• Experience working with similar technical Products -UI products building for agents on the digital platform – the same UI that the customer sees the same UI that they have for their agents
• Passionate about UI and working with the engineers.
• Understand the architecture – from UI to java backend and how it connects to various APIs, what are the different batches that processed.
• Working with both designers, Data engineers, as well as front end and backend engineers.
• Familiar with tools like Google analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• MBA or Master’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience in Agile product management.
