Position: SAP Callidus (Configuration & Development)
Location: Charlotte, NC or Syracuse, NY (Open for Remote)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Support Engineer with deep
expertise in SAP Callidus Configuration and Development to support
mission-critical compensation and incentive management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
– Configure and maintain compensation rules, crediting logic & incentive
plans
– Customize SAP Callidus for complex business needs
– Optimize plan performance and resolve calculation issues
– Level 3 production support & root cause analysis
– Manage data integrations & Oracle PL/SQL ETL
– Work with REST/SOAP APIs
– Develop UNIX shell scripts for automation
– Agent Lifecycle Management (ALM)
– Workflow & organizational data integration
– Crystal Reports development & analytics
Required Skills:
– SAP Callidus (ICM / Commissions)
– Compensation plans & crediting logic
– Oracle PL/SQL (ETL)
– UNIX shell scripting
– APIs & integrations
– Crystal Reports
– Strong troubleshooting & communication skills
Preferred:
– Sales Compensation domain
– Cloud / hybrid environments
– Large enterprise support experience
