🔹 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday AI Solutions Architect with strong expertise in Workday HCM and AI/ML technologies to design and deliver intelligent HR solutions. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end solution architecture, drive AI-powered automation initiatives, and collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and innovative HR applications.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered HR solutions integrated with Workday HCM and LMS platforms.
• Build AI assistants / intelligent agents for compensation insights, onboarding, candidate experience, and HR analytics.
• Develop applications using Workday Extend and create integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connector, REST/SOAP services.
• Automate workflows using Workday Orchestrate and AI-driven process optimization.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define requirements.
• Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and enhancements across Workday modules.
• Ensure AI governance, data privacy, compliance, and ethical AI standards.
• Lead architecture discussions and guide cross-functional teams for solution delivery.
• Track Workday AI roadmap updates and recommend new capabilities adoption.

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in HR Technology / HRIS implementations.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
• 2+ years experience leading AI / ML initiatives or AI solution architecture.
• Strong experience in:
  • Workday Business Process Configuration
  • Security, Reporting, Calculated Fields
  • Compensation & Talent modules
• Integration expertise in:
  • Workday Studio
  • EIB / Core Connector
  • REST / SOAP APIs
  • Workday Extend development
• Experience designing agentic AI workflows / orchestration frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with HR compliance frameworks (GDPR, EEOC).
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in relevant field.
• Workday Certifications (HCM / Integration / Extend) preferred.

🔹 Nice to Have

• Experience with LMS platforms like Docebo.
• Exposure to Generative AI / LLM implementations.
• Experience in high-tech / semiconductor industry HR operations.
• Participation in multiple full lifecycle Workday implementations.
