React.js Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC, New Jersey (Local Candidates Only)

Our client is seeking a strong React.js Developer who is local to Charlotte and able to attend onsite interviews. The ideal candidate must have deep hands‑on experience with modern React, advanced hooks, state management, and solving complex UI challenges in real‑world projects.
Responsibilities
Build and enhance complex UI components using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Develop and manage Forms, dynamic form validations, and reusable form components.
Implement Context API for global state sharing and component communication.
Build secure Authentication & Authorization flows (JWT, OAuth, role‑based access).
Use advanced React Hooks including useEffect, useState, useMemo, useCallback to optimize rendering and component behavior.
Improve application performance through memoization, lazy loading, code splitting, and state optimization.
Work with Redux for scalable state management in large applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex, high‑impact issues in production and development environments.
Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and contribute to architectural decisions.
Required Skills
4+ years of hands‑on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Strong experience with Forms, Context API, and Redux.
Deep understanding of Authentication/Authorization patterns.
Expertise with React Hooks: useEffect, useState, useMemo, useCallback.
Proven ability to handle difficult project situations, debugging, and performance tuning.
Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive UI, and browser behavior.
Must be local to Charlotte and able to attend onsite interviews.
