Responsibilities:
• Implementation & Configuration: Lead the functional design design and configuration of Oracle FCCS and ARCS modules, ensuring alignment with business financial reporting and reconciliation needs.
• Testing Leadership: Act as the functional lead for all testing phases, including Unit Testing (UT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Test Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive test scripts, scenarios, and execution plans specifically tailored to FCCS consolidation logic and ARCS reconciliation profiles.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with dedicated testing teams to explain functional logic, validate test results, and troubleshoot defects.
• End-to-End Execution: Manage end-to-end testing cycles, including data validation from source systems (ERP) through to final financial reports.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, and track functional defects, working with technical teams to resolve issues during the implementation lifecycle.
• Documentation: Create and maintain functional design documents (FDD), configuration workbooks, and training materials for end-users.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle FCCS (Consolidation, Intercompany, Translations) and ARCS (Reconciliation Compliance, Transaction Matching).
Additional Information:
• Proven track record of executing End-to-End (E2E) testing cycles in an Oracle EPM environment.
• Strong understanding of Accounting principles, Financial Close processes, and Regulatory Reporting.
• Familiarity with Data Management / Data Integration (DM/DI) for loading data into EPM applications.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between “Finance” and “IT” stakeholders.
