Job Title: Frontend Architect (Angular & Micro Frontends)
Location: Richardson, TX- Onsite from day 1

About the Role:
Experience Required: 8 to 15 Years
Technical/Functional Skills
Strong expertise in Angular (v10+), including component architecture, RxJS, state management (NgRx), and performance optimization.
Handson experience with MicroFrontend architecture using Module Federation, SingleSPA, or similar frameworks.
Proficiency in modern frontend technologies: TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive design.
Experience integrating frontend applications with REST/GraphQL APIs, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and authentication mechanisms.
Experience Required
812+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Angular development and leadership roles.
Proven experience leading largescale frontend initiatives in enterprise or distributed environments.
Handson delivery experience with microfrontend implementations, including shared libraries and independent deployments.
Exposure to cloudnative applications (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps practices for frontend deployments.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of scalable Angularbased microfrontend applications aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices while ensuring maintainability and performance.
Collaborate closely with backend, DevOps, UX, and product teams to deliver endtoend solutions.
Mentor and guide frontend team members through code reviews, technical coaching, and architectural decisionmaking.
Generic Managerial Skills
Strong technical leadership with the ability to influence design decisions and drive consensus across teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, translating technical concepts for nontechnical audiences.
Proven ability to manage priorities, timelines, and risks in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience in mentoring, performance feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
