Job Description –

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy cloud-native and AI-enabled enterprise applications end to end.
Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify technical constraints, and present solution approaches.
Build scalable microservices-based backend systems using C# / .NET Core and Python.
Design and implement AI-driven automation, agentic workflows, and LLM-integrated features within applications.
Develop and maintain REST APIs, cloud service integrations, and enterprise connectors.
Own DevOps workflows including CI/CD pipelines, containerized builds, and Kubernetes deployments.
Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams in design discussions, code reviews, and solution workshops.
Proactively communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Experience & Skills

Technical Experience

10+ years of hands-on software development experience.
Strong proficiency in C# / .NET Core for backend service development.
Strong working knowledge of Python for automation, scripting, and AI integration.
Strong hands-on experience with Angular and modern front-end applications.
Proven experience building microservices and distributed systems in production environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including application hosting, storage, messaging, and CI/CD automation.
Strong proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerized application deployments.
 

AI & Intelligent Automation

Strong hands-on experience with LangChain and Semantic Kernel for building LLM-powered applications.
Strong proficiency in Azure AI Services, including Azure OpenAI Service and Cognitive Services.
Good knowledge of Azure AI Search as a vector store for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns.
Strong understanding of prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and AI orchestration patterns.
 

Additional Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience in data modeling, query optimization, and selecting appropriate storage patterns. Proficiency in SQL Server, with working knowledge of CosmosDB, PostgreSQL, or similar.
Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, Azure Entra ID, and API security best practices for enterprise applications.
Good knowledge of application logging, monitoring, and alerting using Azure Application Insights or similar tools.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Bicep is a value add.
