PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Coupa Production Support BACKGROUND: The primary responsibility of the Technology Services’ (TS) ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team is to maintain and support highly visible cloud systems, Workday, Adaptive Planning and Coupa. We are seeking one Coupa Functional Analyst to augment the team.
The Contractor will provide support which includes troubleshooting Production issues, configuring Coupa application, performing end-to-end testing of integrations, reports, analytics and workflows. The Contractor would support the Production Coupa environment, future releases, and the development of new solutions and enhancements.
REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate shall demonstrate the below knowledge and experience:
* The ability to configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Coupa application and analytics
• Regression testing of the application and integrations for the Coupa releases
• Excellent work ethic, communication and organizational skills
* Possess experience with integrations between Coupa and finance applications
