Role: Pendo Enablement Lead
Location: 100% Remote
Recent Healthcare experience required.
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Digital Process Automation (DPA) software engineer will be responsible for business requirements, design, development and maintenance of automation solutions using Pega.
Initial focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Pega, with responsibility for existing automations and development of new automations along with enhancements.
Candidate must be capable and motivated to expand expertise to larger Digital Process Automation (DPA) skills using Pega capabilities, such as chatbot, business process management (case management), and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning.
Our preferred qualifications:
Team lead experience, with ability to organize and direct work of team members
Certification for Pega RPA or DPA
Experience managing agile backlog, preferably Rally
Experience with AI/ML capabilities and implementation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
What you’ll be able to do:
Drive understanding of business logic/requirements and convert them to automations.
Architect, Design and develop code and automation in Pega Robotics.
Analysis of Digital Process Automation opportunities within business processes.
Collaborate with partners/suppliers for RPA/DPA solution delivery.
Knowledge of Windows/Web/Java app integration with Pega Robotics.
Deploy automation code to QA / performance and production.
Troubleshoot Pega Robotics automations and perform tech refreshes as needed.
Design and Develop the Integration between Pega Robotics and its components such as Robot Manager and Case Manager.
Follow and enforce best practices in Pega architecture / design / coding in collaboration with Ford DPA CoE.
Grow personal and team ability to utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) capabilities in solutions.
Implement proof-of-concepts to expand offerings and opportunities with RPA/DPA/AI/ML.
Minimum requirements we seek:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or related technical field
3+ years IT experience
1+ years of RPA software engineer experience, preferably with Pega robotics
Hands-on proficiency with C# and Visual Studio IDE
