Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in Supply Chain and Commercial Analytics within the OrthopedicsMedical Devices domain The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams driving requirements discovery process improvements analytics initiatives and datadriven decisionmaking across the supply chain and commercial functions
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Supply Chain Commercial Sales Marketing Demand Planning Inventory and Operations teams to understand business challenges and objectives
Gather analyze document and validate business requirements through stakeholder workshops and interviews
Translate complex business processes into detailed functional and analytical requirements for data engineering reporting and AIanalytics teams
Develop BRDs FRDs User Stories Process Maps and Data Requirement Documents
Analyze supply chain processes including Demand Planning Inventory Management Order Fulfillment Procurement Logistics and Distribution
Support commercial analytics initiatives involving Sales Performance Market Share Product Adoption Pricing Customer Segmentation and Forecasting
Facilitate discussions between business users product owners architects and development teams
Define KPIs business metrics dashboards and reporting requirements
Assist with UAT planning execution defect management and business signoff
Drive change management and user adoption activities during solution rollout
Required Skills
8 years of Business Analysis experience
Strong domain expertise in Life Sciences Medical Devices or Orthopedics
Deep understanding of Supply Chain Analytics and Commercial Analytics processes
Experience working directly with senior business stakeholders and leadership teams
Strong requirements gathering documentation and stakeholder management skills
Experience creating
Business Requirement Documents BRDs
Functional Requirement Documents FRDs
User Stories Acceptance Criteria
Process Flows and Data Mapping Documents
Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities
Ability to clearly articulate business requirements to technical teams and explain technical solutions back to business users
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with Commercial Analytics platforms and Supply Chain reporting solutions
Knowledge of Power BI Tableau Qlik or similar BI tools
Understanding of Data Warehousing Data Lakes and Modern Analytics platforms
Familiarity with SQL and data analysis concepts
Experience working in AgileScrum environments
Exposure to AIMLenabled analytics solutions is a plus
