Role Descriptions: Oracle CDM Cloud IT Architect with strong technical and functional knowledge on Oracle CDM cloud
Essential Skills:
● Oracle CDM IT Architect who can design an overall solution architecture and Oracle CDM Cloud specific configurations to create sustainable mature solutions for our clients.
● Execute projects where CX products are either part of a multi-pillar implementation or they make up the whole solution.
● Define and help develop required product(Oracle CDM Cloud) extensions, integrations, and reporting to drive delivery of services.
● Develop L1, L2, and L3 flows to describe and standardize business processes-related to Customer/Supplier data hub.
● Experience in implementation projects. Working with large and diverse teams in multiple locations
● Manage project escalations independently and raise issues to executive management as appropriate
Desirable Skills:
● Oracle CDM Cloud Architect Should have good knowledge of
o Should have good knowledge of CDM module with hands on experience in CDM Data quality rules, Duplicate check, Trading Community architecture(TCA), party/account/contact model, Data cleansing, standardization, matching,
deduplication, and merge, Customer hierarchy and relationship management.
o Configuration, dynamic layout, field validations, page compose changes, excellent groovy skills and debugging skills.
o Must be an expert in security console role changes, Data security policy, should be able to create custom data security policies and predicates,
