Role:- Production Support (Platform) Engineer
Location:- Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Contract
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Review and remediate moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to other platform support teams
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of experience in SAS programming, including supporting, analyzing, and modernizing enterprise SAS (Base SAS, SQL, Macros, batch processing)
2+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle and Teradata databases, including SQL query development, data analysis, performance tuning, and database support in a production environment
Desired Qualifications:
1+ years of practical knowledge of AI/LLMs, including prompt engineering, output validation, and governed enterprise usage
Experience participating in implementation and deployment activities, ensuring adherence to established Wells Fargo processes, standards, and operational procedures.
