Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
Understand client requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.
Drive architecture discussions, solution design, and technical strategy with stakeholders and clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven products, platforms, and data solutions.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
Design and implement enterprise-scale data platform solutions using AWS, Databricks, PySpark, ETL, and Delta Live Tables (DLT).
Ensure adherence to best practices in AI/ML architecture, system integration, security, scalability, and governance.
Define architecture standards, coding guidelines, and engineering best practices for data engineering solutions.
Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Scrum Masters, and Technical Leads to meet sprint goals and project milestones.
Lead architecture reviews, technical design sessions, and solution walkthroughs with client stakeholders.
Provide technical oversight and resolve complex architectural and engineering challenges.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and data management standards.
Mentor engineering teams and promote a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
13+ years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale cloud data platforms.
Strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Databricks, PySpark, ETL, and Delta Live Tables (DLT).
Deep understanding of modern data lakehouse architecture and cloud-native data platforms.
Experience in data modeling, workflow orchestration, and pipeline optimization.
Strong knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and orchestration frameworks.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
Proven ability to lead technical discussions and provide solution-oriented recommendations.
Experience working in Agile environments and leading distributed engineering teams.
Strong understanding of enterprise security, governance, and data management best practices.
AWS Certification, Databricks Architect Certification, and TOGAF Certification are highly preferred.
